Bio: Will Harris is a fourth-generation cattleman who has spent a lifetime on the land his great-grandfather settled in Bluffton, Georgia. Once a practitioner of conventional methods, Will made the radical choice in the mid-90s to walk away from chemical agriculture and return to the regenerative principles his ancestors once knew—principles that honour the intelligence of ecosystems and the dignity of animals.
